The actor has already brought three guitarists and an amplifier and will be tried in Florida.
Joey Gaydos Jr. , the actor who played Zack in School of Rock in 2003, is going to court to be tried for several thefts of guitars and an amplifier in the United States.
Gaydos has been accused of stealing instruments four times in the last five weeks. According to TMZ, the musician would enter stores asking to test the equipment and then walk out with it. He would then sell it at a pawn shop.
So far, he has stolen an Epiphone Prophecy Les Paul worth an estimated $800, a $700 Fender Stratocaster, and a $1900 Gibson Les Paul, as well as an amplifier.
