Saxon postpones tour due to Biff Byford's heart surgery.

The band's vocalist confirmed that the dates will be rescheduled soon after his recovery

Biff Byford , lead singer of Saxon , has been diagnosed with a heart condition and will need to undergo urgent surgery. As a result, the band has had to postpone the dates of their 40th anniversary Castles & Eagles tour.

In a statement, Biff said he will need to undergo surgery soon and apologized to fans. "I know there are people who traveled to see us live, but there's nothing I can do about it, so please wish me luck and send good vibes."

“We need to think positively. I hope to come back stronger than before for the new dates,” he said. The show at the London Eventim Apollo has been rescheduled for March 28, 2020, while the show in Manchester, at the O2 Apollo, will take place the following day. The new dates for the other shows should be announced soon.
