Inspired by vampires, the video follows the story of the song

Saxon has released a dark video for "Nosferatu (The Vampire's Waltz)," a track from their album Thunderbolt, released in February by Silver Lining Music.

The successor to Battering Ram (2015), the album was produced by Andy Sneap , who also produced Judas Priest's new work, Firepower , and will be accompanying the band in place of Glenn Tipton.

Speaking about the track, Saxon frontman Biff Byford said it was inspired by F.W. Murnau's Nosferatu Bram Stoker's Dracula “I lived in the place where Bram Stoker wrote the story and that inspired me (…) And a friend asked me to write a song about vampires and I basically wrote 'Nosferatu'.”
