Samael had been without a bassist since April
The Swiss band Samael have recruited Pierre 'Zorrac' Carroz , from Scars Divide and Herod , as their new bassist. Longtime guitarist Marco 'Makro' Rivao left the band in April to "do something different," and since then bassist Thomas 'Drop' Betrisey has taken over on guitar.
A music video for the song, which shares the band's name, was recently filmed and is currently in post-production.
The band's latest album, Hegemony , was released in October 2017 by Napalm Records. They will perform on August 4th at the famous German festival Wacken Open Air, and in November they will play their first show in Japan.
