Phil Rind , vocalist of Sacred Reich, didn't hold back in his criticism on social media yesterday, the 1st, regarding the position of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, in relation to the immense crisis the country is facing.
On his official Facebook page, Rind posted the cover of Sacred Reich's 1990 album, The American Way , and wrote, “It seems so unnecessary to post band stuff right now. In the midst of a deadly pandemic and the biggest economic crisis since the Great Depression, people are marching in the streets and our cities are burning in response to yet another police killing of a Black man and the racism that infects our country.”
"The United States elected a racist, narcissistic, lying crook as President, and his act of leadership in our time of need is to run away and hide. I know we will rise again and carry on. Unfortunately, none of this is new. The question is how we move forward. Wishing everyone peace and love."
