New music from Sabaton will be on the album The Great War
Sabaton has released the music video for the original version of “Fields Of Verdun.” The song had previously been covered in a collaboration between the band and Apocalyptica . This is the first single from the band's upcoming album, The Great War , which will be released on July 19th.
The album will be a concept album with stories about the First World War. Bassist Pär Sundström commented on the track. “We chose 'Fields Of Verdun' as the first single because it represents the album perfectly,” he explained.
