Running Wild , the iconic German band, is working on the follow-up to their 2021 Blood On Blood

"Dear fans, it's been a while since you've heard anything about the development of the new studio album. Earlier this year, I had to prepare everything for the summer festivals where we played in June, July, and August. Some unforeseen problems arose that needed to be resolved. Then, we successfully completed the 5 summer festivals, and after they ended, I got sick and contracted Covid-19. All of this delayed the completion of the new album."

But since the end of September, I've been able to get back to working on the music and I hope everything will be ready before Christmas and that the recordings themselves can begin in January. The goal is to release the album before our show at Wacken Open Air next summer. I know you're all waiting for new music and I can guarantee the wait will be worth it. I'll be back with concrete news before the end of the year. Until then, hoist the sails… a storm is coming!”
