The American news website Dish News claimed this week that a reunion of the band is expected to take place in 2016. Citing an anonymous source, the site alleges that Slash and Axl have reached a verbal agreement to reunite the original band. According to the website, the band is expected to headline a series of shows on a world tour celebrating 30 years of Guns N' Roses.
The news has not been officially confirmed and the band has not made any related statement, but rumors of a reunion have been growing since Slash stated in a TV interview that he and Axl Rose had resolved their differences .
