Exactly one year after their last visit to Brazil, the Greek band Rotting Christ is returning to South America for a series of shows, mainly in Brazil.
This year, however, the band is touring with the "Pro Xristou over Latin America" to promote their splendid latest work, considered by some to be one of the best albums of 2024.
Led by brothers Sakis and Themis Tolis , the band will be in Brazil with ten performances, unlike last year when the band only visited three cities; this year the band has expanded to include more cities.
On their tour, some songs are considered essential by fans, and here's what you can expect:
“Aealo”
An energetic opening track that prepares the audience for the intensity of the show;
“Demonon Vrosis”
One of the fan favorites, known for its power and catchy melody;
“Kata Ton Daimona Eaytoy”
Title track of the self-titled album, this song is a constant presence in live performances;
“Non Serviam”
Considered an anthem of the band, it is frequently played as the closing song, leaving a lasting impression on the audience;
“Societas Satanas” (Thou Art Lord cover)
A version that usually ignites the audience during performances;
“In Yumen-Xibalba“
A track that combines melodic and heavy elements, much appreciated by fans;
“Grandis Spiritus Diavolos”
Known for its intense energy and ritualistic atmosphere;
"Like Father, Like Son"
This track is part of the new album Pro Xristou and features an intense and atmospheric melody;
