In an interview with the Rock Overdose program, guitarist Ross The Boss spoke about his departure from Manowar, basically saying that he was used by the band. Check out his statement:
“I have great memories, and I have sad memories of Manowar too. Joey asked me to leave the band right before “Kings Of Metal” came out. He asked me to leave the band I formed with him. A total coup, driven by greed for power. I was a tool to make money, a puppet like everyone else in that band. But I have good memories too, I met great people and saw great places.”
