Ronnie Wood transforms the Rolling Stones into Picasso's dancers in a painting

The musician showcased his latest work as a visual artist, titled 'Abstract Performance'

Ronnie Wood , in addition to being a musician, is also a visual artist and recently unveiled the latest work in his catalog. Inspired by the technique of Pablo Picasso , the painting Abstract Performance depicts the Rolling Stones on stage.

Fans can purchase official copies of the work on Wood's official website , with each authentic copy sold receiving an autograph and special dedication from the musician. The artwork is also displayed on a large mural in London.

With studies initiated in 2019 and the final version completed the following year, the painting is part of a series inspired by Picasso's art in the 1920s, creating a reinterpretation of The Three Dancers. "Wood explores the concept of portraying himself and his Stones bandmates in the role of the dancers," explains the musician's website.
