Former Pink Floyd member released the trailer and screening dates
Roger Waters announced that the Us + Them will be turned into a film and will have a worldwide release. After its run in Brazil, the show will be shown in cinemas on October 2nd and 6th.
The film is directed by Sean Evans and Roger Waters, the same partnership that made the 2014 film, The Wall , also a tour documentary. Us + Them will be shown in over 2,500 cinemas in more than 60 countries.
“I’m really looking forward to the film’s release in October. Us + Them isn’t just about rock and roll, a lot of people will get excited, but a lot will cry too,” he said, “Humanity is at a crossroads, we can unite our love and develop empathy for others and start acting collectively for the good of our planet, or we can remain ‘Comfortably Numb’ and continue on this march towards extinction.”
