Roger Waters Roger Waters: Us + Them , a compilation of some of the historic shows from his 2017 tour, for June 16th.
The tour, which included 156 dates, was the first in 4 years, and a significant part of the setlist his work with Pink Floyd . The albums The Dark Side Of The Moon, Wish You Were Here, and The Wall were predominantly present in the repertoire with their classic tracks.
The recording was co-directed by Waters and Sean Evans , a longtime collaborator of the musician, and features 135 minutes of footage from the artist's shows in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. The film will also show behind-the-scenes footage of the show's production, such as the recreation of Battersea Power Station and the inflatable pig from the song "Animals".
The production will feature two bonus performances: the Floyd classic, "Comfortably Numb," and Waters' solo song, "Smell the Roses." DVD and Blu-ray release dates will be announced soon.
