The musician spent three years preparing the book.

Singer Roger Daltrey announced that he will release his autobiography in the second half of 2018.

“I’ve always resisted the urge to write an autobiography, but now I finally feel I have a good perspective on it. When you spend more than half a century at the center of a band like The Who, perspective can be a problem. Everything happened so fast. One minute I was on the factory floor in Shepherd’s Bush and the next I was headlining Woodstock.”

He admits that it took him three years to develop all the content of the book, as he needed to remember exactly when and where certain events took place.

The Who just came to Brazil with their tour. Check out the setlist and photos from their show in São Paulo.
