Roger Daltrey, The Who

Roger Daltrey, lead singer of The Who, speaks about sexual harassment.

The Who's lead singer said rock stars don't need to try hard to get women

Who 's lead singer , Roger Daltrey , spoke to the Daily Mail's Event about sexual harassment in the music industry.

"Why would any rock star need to try so hard to get women? It's usually the other way around. I'd like to earn £1 for every woman who squeezes my butt. Mick Jagger would be a billionaire with that.".

"I find it so unpleasant. It's always allegations, and it sucks. Like the accusations against Pete when he was arrested.".

The reference is to The Who guitarist Pete Townshend , who was questioned by police in 2003 for allegedly using a credit card to access a website containing child pornography. Townshend was later warned and cleared of all charges.
