Despite the death of the master Ronnie James Dio, the former members of his band continue to play and honor him with great tributes, keeping Ronnie's legacy alive. Deep Purple continues strong on the road and making quality music, even after the departures of Ritchie Blackmore and Jon Lord, two vital members of the band. The remaining musicians of The Doors continued making music and keeping the band's legacy alive, even with the death of the great Jim Morrison. In short, these musicians could have retired, since these bands were at a high level when they faced these adversities, but they chose to continue, thus demonstrating a great love for music.
