Rock in Rio announces Rock Day with Avenged Sevenfold, Journey, Evanescence and more.

Rock in Rio has announced the acts for Rock Day. On the World Stage, Avenged Sevenfold , Evanescence , and Journey will perform . On the Sunset Stage, the organizers have announced Deep Purple and Incobus .

Rock Day will be held on September 15th. The next edition of the festival celebrates the fortieth anniversary of Rock In Rio . The festival takes place on September 13th, 14th, 15th, 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd at Cidade do Rock (City of Rock).

Evanescence will also be performing at Rock in Rio Lisboa this year. Check out the official announcement:
