Rock in Rio 2026 announces Avenged Sevenfold and Bring Me The Horizon

Bands will perform on the World Stage on September 5th and will be part of "Rock Day".

The organizers of Rock in Rio 2026 announced this Tuesday, the 3rd, that Avenged Sevenfold and Bring Me The Horizon will perform. Both bands will perform on the World Stage on September 5th and will be part of "Rock Day".

In the case of the American band – which just finished its Life Is But a Dream in Brazil and had the biggest stadium show of its career in São Paulo – this will be its third appearance at the Rio festival. The group, led by M. Shadows , has already been at the 2013 and 2024 editions, where they were headliners, and they will repeat the feat this year.

Bring Me The Horizon will make their highly anticipated debut at the event. After their historic show at Allianz Parque – which will be shown in cinemas in March Oliver Sykes in November 2024. Fans will have the chance to hear tracks from their latest work, Post Human: Next Gen , as well as timeless hits like “Throne”, “Shadow Moses”, “Can You Feel My Heart”, “Follow You”, and others.

Rock in Rio 2026 will take place at the Olympic Park between September 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12 and 13. To date, the festival has not announced the dates for general ticket sales. The sale of the Rock in Rio Card, which allows the selection of the date of access to the festival, took place in December and is now complete.
