In 2024, Rock in Rio celebrates its 40th anniversary. To celebrate in style, the festival has announced the participation of more than 50 international and national artists. This year there will be no special day for Metal, but the Rock Day lineup promises unmissable performances.
The event organizers have released the schedule for each performance – see the end of this article – and the streaming options for those who will be watching the shows at home.
Where to watch
To watch the festival from the comfort of your home, access the live stream on Globoplay, Multishow, and Canal BIS. TV Globo also broadcasts live segments and shows the day's highlights after Estrela da Casa (on Saturdays, the program starts after Altas Horas ).
Globoplay will have an open broadcast of all four stages of Rock in Rio. Globoplay + channels subscribers will have access to the shows from the Mundo and Sunset stages in 4K.
On Multishow, viewers can watch the performances from the Mundo and Sunset stages starting at 3:15 PM.
On Canal BIS, the shows from the Espaço Favela and New Dance Order stages will be broadcast at 6:45 PM.
