Rock in Rio 2022 has announced more names for Metal Day , which will take place on September 2nd. Living Colour and Steve Vai have been confirmed and will perform on the Sunset Stage.
Alongside them, the stage will also host Bullet For My Valentine, Metal Allegiance , and Black Pantera, along with Devotos . The performances will take place on the same day that Rock in Rio will host Iron Maiden as the headliner on the main stage.
A hit in the 1980s and 1990s, the American band Living Colour returns to Brazil after a performance on the Sunset Stage in 2013. Meanwhile, Steve Vai will add to his list of appearances at Rock in Rio, in the 2015 editions in Brazil and Las Vegas.
On September 2nd, the main attractions on the biggest stage, Mundo, are Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Dream Theater , and Sepultura. The festival is scheduled for September 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th, 2022. Learn more on the festival's official website.
