Trujillo responds to Mustaine's requests
In an interview with Loudwire, Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo spoke about the possibility of a tour with the Big Four of Thrash – Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, and Anthrax. Rumors of a possible tour arose after Dave Mustaine repeatedly asked for more shows .
“The Big Four tour was really cool ,” said Robert. “We had a lot of fun. It was very special and fun, and I love Dave. Dave is awesome.”
“Currently, the focus is that we have a new album and we’re going to tour it, with new songs, and that’s our journey at the moment. Maybe after we’ve done that, we can dive into Big Four mode and try to do it. I can see us doing it again. It was definitely a lot of fun. It makes me feel good to know that Dave wants to do that journey again.”
