Robert Trujillo replaced his son Tye Trujillo Suicidal Tendencies performance last Thursday, the 26th, in Mexico City.

The reason for the replacement was a scheduling conflict between Suicidal Tendencies and Tye's other band, OTTO .

Suicidal Tendencies posted a statement on their social media explaining what happened, saying that "Tye Trujillo already had a show scheduled with his band OTTO and no dates could be changed." They thanked the crew and Robert Trujillo for his participation, calling him a "good friend."

Currently, Tye holds the position of bassist in the group that his father was a member of from 1989 to 1995.
