To promote the highly anticipated Songs of a Lost World , which will be released on November 1st, Robert Smith , lead singer of The Cure, was interviewed by Matt Everitt , presenter of BBC 6 Music ( via Loudersound ).
At one point, Smith put together a playlist of songs related to the band's new work and also revealed which album he likes least from The Cure's discography. Smith revealed that "Before There" is his favorite song from the self-titled album, The Cure , released in 2004.
He also revealed that this is his least favorite album from the band ( via TMDQA ): “ The Cure is probably my least favorite album we’ve ever made. I don’t like some of the things, it’s the only album I don’t think works. ‘Before Three’ is a good song, it probably would work.”
