Rob Zombie Billboard 's best-selling albums chart with The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy , his seventh solo album, released on March 12. This is the artist's first time at the top of this chart.
According to information from MCR Data (via Billboard ) , Zombie's new project debuted with 26,000 traditional copies sold in its release week: 20,000 physical albums, including CDs and vinyl records, and 6,000 digital units, all in the United States alone. With this impressive figure, which doesn't include streaming platforms, the musician now leads Billboard's Top Album Sales chart.
The album also reached number 9 on the Billboard 200 chart, continuing a series of top 10 debuts – seven solo albums made it onto the chart. This chart lists the best-selling albums and converts streaming numbers to the equivalent of copies sold.
The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy 's achievements on Billboard, the album also reached number one on the vinyl record sales chart, the independent albums chart, and the Tastemaker Albums chart, which lists albums that sell well in small and independent record stores.
