Rob Zombie released his new single “Heathen Days” this Friday, the 21st. The track follows “Punks And Demons,” which are part of the artist's eighth studio album, The Great Satan . The release date is set for February 27, 2026, via Nuclear Blast Records .

Rob Zombie's next album marks a significant turning point in his career. The musician returns to the sonic aesthetic of his early solo work, revisiting the Hellbilly with a raw mix of punk rock and heavy metal.

The news comes amid a significant restructuring of the band. After nearly two decades away, bassist Rob “Blasko” Nicholson — present on the three albums that solidified the beginning of Zombie's solo career — has returned to the group, taking the place left by Matt “Piggy D.” Montgomery in early 2024.

Another change occurred on guitar, John 5 leaving for Mötley Crüe at the end of 2022. Zombie brought back Mike Riggs , a partner from the formative years who participated in the recordings of Hellbilly Deluxe and The Sinister Urge . These two returns reinforce the feeling of returning to their roots that permeates the new work.
