In an interview with journalist Eddie Trunk, Judas Priest vocalist Rob Halford spoke about Black Sabbath's farewell tour, which ended in early February. Halford said he found it sad that the band couldn't resolve the situation with their founding drummer, Bill Ward

"There's only one Black Sabbath, it would be a shame to see them go for good. Wouldn't it be wonderful to see a show with Bill Ward? Backstage everyone is fighting for the best position and that ends up hindering what was an incredible personal relationship, like a family, that they had for 50 years.".

I, personally, would be in the front row headbanging if there was a chance to see Bill Ward back in the band.

Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi recently said that he doesn't rule out the possibility of doing future shows with the band, and also said that he hopes to mend relations with Bill Ward.
