Rob Halford , frontman of Judas Priest , has announced that he will release his autobiography, Confess, in October 2020.

The book will be co-written with Ian Gittins , co-writer of Nikki Sixx 's The Heroin Diaries , and will tell the story of the vocalist from the 1980s to the band's 50th anniversary. Halford will discuss the problems he dealt with regarding his addictions, his sexuality, and will explore his creative process.

Speaking about the project, Halford explained that “ Confess will be a unique opportunity to expose all my facets. I will say everything, with nothing to hide and nothing to fear (…) It’s my time to confess.”
