Guitarist will pursue career in production.

Anthrax guitarist Rob Caggiano has announced he is leaving the band to pursue a career focused on music production.

Caggiano has worked as a producer on several projects, including albums by Cradle of Filth, The Damned Things, and Jesse Malin. The guitarist was also heavily involved in the production of Anthrax's latest album, Worship Music.

Rob stated that the decision was extremely difficult, but that it was made to follow his heart. He also thanked each of the band members, saying that they will always be part of his family.

The band released a statement wishing Rob success in his career and hoping to share the stage with him more often in the future. The band also stated they are looking for a guitarist and should announce a name soon.
