Matanza Ritual will perform a special show in São Paulo on June 6th, at the iconic Tom Brasil concert hall, to celebrate the powerful musical legacy of the band Matanza in a unique and unforgettable way. The show will feature a powerful setlist with all of the band's hits.
With vocalist Jimmy London alongside great musicians from the Brazilian scene, Matanza Ritual is completed by guitarist Antônio Araújo (Korzus and One Arm Away) , bassist Felipe Andreoli (Angra) , and drummer Amilcar Christófaro (Torture Squad and Kisser Clan) . Jimmy has prepared a killer setlist with Matanza's greatest hits.
Regarding the Matanza Ritual, Jimmy London explains why it will be a historic and unforgettable moment: “Our idea is not to form a band, nor even a project. We want to create a celebration, to relive that 'insane ritual' that happened at Matanza shows, and for that, we've called upon the best of the best musicians in the country to be the monks of all this madness.”
The Matanza Ritual tour is still scheduled to visit the main capital cities of Brazil and is a production of Top Link Music, owned by businessman Paulo Baron.
