Vinnie Paul passed away on June 22, 2018.

I wish I could put into words what Dime and Vinnie mean to me, but emotions are far more powerful than anything I could say.
I love you both in such different ways, but you are both so dear. You have carried me through your lives and given me your all. I will always love you both and carry your flag strong and proud.
Darrell was always my heart […], even when I didn't know it, even when I made mistakes, he forgave me 100%. Vinnie was always my 'big brother Riggs' for 43 years, even when I wasn't sure…and to know in the end, in this world, that Riggs still felt the same. The last time we saw each other in Tampa, in April, I told you I knew you loved me because Darrell loved me. But sometimes you just loved me, gave me a big old Vinnie Paul-style hug and said, 'You're right. I love you.' We hugged again.

Vinnie Paul passed away on June 22nd, while his brother, Dimebag Darrell, was shot and killed during a Damageplan concert in 2004.
