Message of solidarity from Ringo Starr

The song “With a Little Help From My Friends” served as the closing number for each of the shows, conveying the emotion of the musicians and the emotion of the audience during the special collaboration.

Ringo Starr also took the opportunity to talk about the importance of music and its message of support for the victims of the fires. “I love Los Angeles and lived there for several years. While we were recording [the song] in Nashville, many of us had family and friends dealing with the fires in the city,” he said.

“It was so great to be able to perform this song with so many incredible artists who wanted to do something to help. I think the track really speaks for itself: 'With a little help from my friends,' we want to send peace and love to everyone affected.”
