With only two shows left to conclude his US tour, Ringo Starr announced the need to cancel his commitments due to health problems. The drummer had performances scheduled in Philadelphia on September 23rd and in New York, where he would close the All Starr Band , the following day.

Through Ringo's Instagram account , a representative for the British musician informed fans about the cancellation and explained that the decision came from medical advice.

“Ringo caught a cold and, after consulting a doctor, he was advised to cancel these two remaining shows and rest. […] As always, Ringo and the All Starrs send peace and love to their fans and hope to see them soon.”

The statement also indicates that there will be an automatic refund for ticket holders. Additionally, if they prefer, fans can still contact the point of purchase to obtain a refund.
