Richie Kotzen's last album was released in 2017.
Richie Kotzen has just released the music video for the song "Riot". The video was filmed in Los Angeles, USA, and features bassist Dylan Wilson and drummer Mike Bennett.
Kotzen spoke about the song: “I’m very excited to share another new song with you all!”
We made a music video and really wanted to focus on the band's performance more than on a storyline. One of the things I love about this track is the interplay between the guitar, bass, and drums. Although I wrote the musical lines we're playing, my goal was to somehow capture the vibrant energy of my band in the final recording.
Dylan, Mike, and I have been touring together for seven years, and there are a few live recordings out there, but we've never spent much time together in the studio. I feel this new recording is a great example of the three of us playing at the top of our potential. I hope you enjoy the new song and the new video!”
Kotzen's last solo album, Salting Earth , was released in April 2017.
