Faulkner has been in Judas Priest since 2011
In an interview with TotalRock Radio , Judas Priest guitarist Richie Faulkner spoke about whether there were moments before joining the band when he considered giving up music:
“Of course! I think that applies to everyone. There are always challenges. But that’s the passion, isn’t it? We have the passion, and when we have these obstacles, we get frustrated, but you keep going. And these [other guys from Judas Priest] are proof of that. They’ve been doing this for 50 years because of that passion. And in the beginning, it wasn’t easy for them either; it was probably harder – there weren’t the stores we have today, the internet, and they couldn’t reach people with their music like we can now, so everything comes with these challenges. But with perseverance, dedication, and that passion… They’ve been doing this for 50 years, so I think we can all learn from that.”.
Faulkner joined Judas Priest in 2011, replacing guitarist KK Downing .
