Judas Priest announced on Monday, the 27th, that they will postpone the remainder of their US tour due to a "major heart problem" that hospitalized guitarist Richie Faulkner .

The official statement from Judas Priest states that Faulkner is receiving treatment and that it is “with great regret” that the tour dates are being postponed. “In the meantime, we are all sending love to our hawk and wishing him a speedy recovery. As soon as we have news from his doctors about when we can reschedule the dates, we will, of course, announce them – tickets will remain valid,” the statement says.

There are still no new details about Richie Faulkner's health or the heart condition that led him to the hospital – Faulkner joined Judas Priest in 2011, replacing KK Downing 50 Heavy Metal Years tour began on September 8th and was scheduled to run until early November.
