Red Hot Chili Peppers ' new album , Unlimited Love , has officially become the best-selling rock album of 2022 so far.
The album reached the top of the Billboard 200 and the UK album charts, as well as reaching number 1 in several other countries since its release. According to NME , the album has accumulated over 145 million streams and approximately 97,500 sales to date.
This is the best result for a Red Hot Chili Peppers album since Stadium Arcadium , and also the first album since John Frusciante to the band.
