The band will play for the fourth time at the festival on October 3rd
The Rock in Rio production team announced that the Red Hot Chili Peppers will perform at this year's edition. The Californian band will be the main attraction on October 3rd.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers last came to the country in 2018 for Lollapalooza and performed at Rock in Rio in 2017. The band will be at their fourth Rock in Rio and on their ninth tour in Brazil (1993, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2017 and 2018).
Dave Matthews Band , the pop-rock group, has also been announced as an act at the festival and will play on the same day as Bon Jovi , September 29th. The last time the band was in the country was in 2013.
Ticket sales for the general public begin on April 11th at 7 PM through the official Rock in Rio website . See the festival lineup below as of now.
