Red Hot Chili Peppers release new single, “Not the One”; listen here

The track is part of the band's first album with John Frusciante since 2006

The Red Hot Chili Peppers released their new single "Not the One" this Friday, the 25th, which will be part of the album Unlimited Love.

“Not the One” is a calm and sentimental song about trying to live up to someone else’s expectations. “I’m not the person you thought I was,” sings Anthony Kiedis over a melancholic piano.

The album will be released on April 1st and is eagerly awaited as it is the band's first with guitarist John Frusciante since Stadium Arcadium (2006). Frusciante left the Red Hot Chili Peppers for the second time in 2009 and returned in 2019.
