There, the album is listed as "Red Hot Chili Peppers Album 2022" and instead of a cover, it only shows the band's logo. When you click to purchase the album in pre-order, the shopping cart shows that the release will take place on the date mentioned above.
Red Hot Chili Peppers' twelfth album will be the successor to The Getaway , released in 2016, and the RHCP's first album of new material in six years. The band has also announced a return to the stage, having recently announced a world tour.
