Some of the equipment stolen from the late guitarist Randy Rhoads was found in a dumpster in North Hollywood.

The items disappeared after the Musonia School of Music, where Rhoads taught, was robbed on Thanksgiving Day. Recently, Ozzy Osbourne offered $25,000 for information leading to the recovery of the equipment.

Rhoads' first guitar – a 1963 Harmony Rocket – has not been found.

North Hollywood resident Bobbi Fredriks told ABC how she found the items. While walking her dog on Sunday morning, she saw a guitar and photos in a trash can. When she went home, she heard about the disappearance. So she went back and retrieved the items from the rain and alerted the authorities. She also found a trumpet that belonged to Randy's mother.

“The trumpet is valuable because it belonged to my grandmother,” said Nick D'Argenzio , Randy Rhoads' nephew. “She recently passed away. This is her legacy.”
