Randy Blythe was acquitted in May
Lamb Of God drummer Chris Adler commented in an interview with The Virginian Pilot that the arrest of vocalist Randy Blythe led the band to bankruptcy.
"Not only did we not generate any income last year, but we also had to cover approximately half a million in legal costs." The drummer explains that the band went bankrupt, and with the vocalist embroiled in legal issues, the band had no source of income.

The vocalist was cleared of the charges in early March, and the Czech Court of Appeals upheld the decision in early June. Adler explained that Blythe's acquittal could not be delayed any longer: "Everything was at stake at that moment.".
Lamb Of God has resumed activities with a tour in the United States and other dates scheduled for shows in Europe.
