The lead singer must go to Prague for his defense in court
Lamb Of God's manager, Larry Mazer, announced that Randy Blythe will be indicted on murder charges brought against him in the Czech Republic. The case began in 2010 when the vocalist was accused of involvement in the death of a fan who climbed onto the stage during a concert and was pushed off, suffering injuries that resulted in his death.
The prosecutor in the Czech Republic has decided to proceed with the investigation, indicting the artist for involuntary manslaughter with intent to cause bodily harm. The case is expected to go to trial within the next three months.
Larry Mazer stated that the band will fight the accusations and defended Blythe, arguing that he had no intention of causing injury to the fan who climbed onto the stage. Mazer also said that Blythe should go to Prague to defend himself in court. On Twitter, Slash defended Blythe, declaring that the indictment is a waste of time, energy, and money.
