Raging War continues to put all its efforts into promoting the excellent EP The Last Tree , released in June of this year, the band's second studio recording. Their first audiovisual release from the EP was a lyric video for the title track, and in their most recent release, the band is betting on a new format, recording a live session in the studio for the track "Raging War".
The performance is a sample of what musicians RudiVetter (vocals), Ricardo Lima (bass and backing vocals) and Wellington Rodrigues (guitar) intend to bring to the stage with the imminent resumption of concert and festival circuits.
Regarding the video's release, the band's guitarist, Wellington Rodrigues , highlighted: “It's really cool to go back to the studio where we recorded our first album, remembering good times and creating new ones. The recording was relaxed and fun, listening to a lot of metal, with good laughs and conversations. We chose the song Raging War, from our most recent EP, because it represents the band's past and future with its various passages, an intricate sound that deserves a great live recording.”
The recordings took place at Tobias Blues Studio in Brusque, SC, with support from guest drummer Roberto Barth , a longtime bandmate, with filming by Leandro Abrantes of Hell Yeah Music Company and editing by Leandro Abrantes and Wellington Rodrigues .
