The band will perform live in November
Rage Against the Machine leader, Peter “Peavy” Wagner, announced the band's new lineup yesterday. The band now includes Venezuelan guitarist Marcos Rodriguez and drummer Vassilios “Lucky” Maniatopoulos.
Peavy commented on the choices: “I got some offers from well-known musicians, but that wasn’t what I wanted. These two guys have breathed Rage their whole lives and I can feel it. I can’t wait for this new phase of Rage.”
The band's new lineup will make its first live appearance in November and will go on tour to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of the album "Black In Mind".
In the announcement, Rage also states that a new album from the band should be released in the first half of 2016.
