That's right, you read it correctly: Rage Against The Machine is back! An agent for the band confirmed the reunion of the musicians.
An account bearing the group's name appeared on Instagram this Friday (01). There, using a photo of the recent protests in Chile, the publication announces five dates between March and April 2020 — two of them on Coachella weekends.
Wayne Kamemoto , in a statement to Forbes, confirmed that it's all real. Kamemoto worked for years alongside RATM and several other major bands and artists. Speaking to the magazine, he stated that the Instagram account "is genuine," and also confirmed his return to Coachella.
It's worth remembering that, in addition to the festival taking place in April 2020, Rage Against the Machine also announced performances in El Paso (March 26), Las Cruces (March 28) and Phoenix (March 30).
