The Baleia Hospital in Belo Horizonte organized a raffle to give away a guitar autographed by Iron Maiden. Tickets cost R$ 10.00 and, with an expected sale of 100,000 tickets, the R$ 1 million raised will be used for improvements in the hospital's infrastructure and patient treatment.

The guitar, a Jackson Signature Adrian Smith, was autographed on March 19th during a show in the capital of Minas Gerais, and the raffle will be held by the Federal Lottery on July 13th, World Rock Day.
At Hospital da Baleia, approximately 90% of treatments are provided through the Brazilian Public Health System (SUS). To cover treatment costs, the institution conducts various fundraising campaigns and relies on support from companies and civil society, given that the SUS underfunds approximately 30% of the actual cost of services provided. The institution will provide an accounting of how the funds raised through this initiative are used.
