In a recent MOJO magazine , Brian May of Queen said there's a possibility of new music from the band.
The guitarist admitted that he and Roger Taylor have been experimenting with new sounds in the studio. “I think it could happen,” says May. “Roger [Taylor] and I are always writing and experimenting with things in our studios. I could have the intro to a Queen song right in front of me now. The question is whether the idea matures or not.”
Last year, Roger Taylor also hinted that the band might come up with new material : "If we have something good, why not? We can still play, we can still sing."
Made in Heaven, released in 1995. Since then, the band has only released one new track, "Face it Alone," in 2022, which features vocals by Freddie Mercury .
The band continues touring alongside Adam Lambert , who manages to deliver memorable and incredible performances, living up to his legacy that remains present to this day.
