A study conducted by OLX during Rock Month revealed that Queen is the band in the genre with the most albums being sold, advertised, and searched for on the platform between January and May of this year.
The sales ranking also includes The Beatles in second place, Elvis Presley in third, Cazuza in fourth, and Renato Russo in fifth. Rita Lee leads in searches and sales in Brazilian rock.
In a statement released to the press, Regina Botter , General Director of Autos, Goods and Products at OLX Brazil, commented: “These iconic bands and singers are an example of the strength of vinyl culture, which unites generations. Acquiring or advertising these products, which can be true collector's treasures, is a great opportunity to celebrate great works, as well as being a source of supplementary income.”
