Queen Elizabeth II died this Thursday, the 8th, at the age of 96, a few months after celebrating her 70th year on the throne.

Several artists from the world of rock and metal have already spoken out and offered their condolences for the monarch's passing. 

Ozzy Osbourne , who is English, used his Twitter to say that "thinking of an England without Queen Elizabeth II is devastating"; Geezer Butler said he remembers the street celebrations when the monarch was crowned Queen, while Saxon expressed mourning for her passing.
