Late Wednesday afternoon, the 25th, Project46 announced the departure of drummer Bruno Santin through a collaborative post on Instagram . The reason for his departure is due to the drummer's mother being diagnosed with cancer in August of this year, as well as his busy schedule, since he also works as a roadie for Sepultura . His replacement on drums has not yet been announced.
In the official statement posted by the band and the musician, Bruno wishes the band all the best in their future endeavors, and the band, through their official Instagram account in the comments of the post, reciprocated the affection by wishing a speedy recovery to the drummer's mother.
Bruno Santin was announced as the drummer for Project46 in July of this year and had not yet made any official appearances with the band. It's worth remembering that Project46 is scheduled to play at Knotfest Brasil 2024 on October 19th.
